Description
For sale a detached stone-built house with a total area of 373 m2 built on a plot of 1415 m2 in the picturesque village of Pemonia in Apokoronas region in Chania prefecture.

In the garden there are a few fruit trees, there is a storage shed, boiler room and cover parking space. There is enough room to add the pool.
The Pemonia is built on the foot of the “Lefka Ori” mountain range and operate a fairly fertile valley with vineyards and olive trees. It is a traditional settlement with a strong Cretan spirit. The traditional architecture is preserved in excellent condition.
The village is 26 km east of Chania, at the exit of Agioi Pantes, about halfway between Chania and Rethymno. The property is only 2.3 km away from the national road.
Agioi Pantes with a mini market, taverns, pharmacy and coffee shops is within 2 km. The nearest beach is in Kalyves at 9.7 km and in Georgioupoli at 15 km.
