In the village of Aptera there is a beautifully restored stone house of 160 m². The house has carefully restored elements of Cretan traditional architecture: numerous stone arches, stone walls, stone floors on the ground floor, stone fireplace, wooden beamed ceilings, wooden doors and windows with wrought iron bars.

On the ground floor of the building there is a living room with a dining area, behind the arch there is a spacious kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the courtyard and to the pool and jacuzzi. Also on this floor there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with a fireplace and a modern bathroom.

A stone staircase leads to the first floor with a large bedroom and mezzanine office. From the bedroom there is access to a large veranda with a canopy and magnificent views of the sea.
