Currently beginning construction This villa would consist of a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a pool, balconies, terraces and lovely gardens. Any alterations you would like to make we can accommodate for.

SKELETON. Reinforced concrete according to existing regulations and with seismic protection. 5cm polystyrene will be placed on the outside pillars and beams

Masonry. The exterior masonry is of high quality 10 +10 thick brick insulation pipes with 10 cm polystyrene insulation inside and 10 cm brick interior masonry. 5cm polystyrene will be placed on the pillars and beams.

COATINGS The ceilings will be finished in a smooth concrete, ready for hand plastering. Some ceilings will have Gypsum boards for decor. Internally all surfaces are plastered with plaster and spatula. Externally all surfaces will be plastered 3 times.

Ceiling insulation. An 8 cm extruded heat-insulated polystyrene will be placed on the roof and insulated.

EXTERIOR PAINTING All exterior surfaces are painted with top quality paints. The interior of the apartments will be painted first with a primer and then 2 coats of paint. In bathrooms and showers, paint will be antioxidant.

FLOORS AND TILES. Tiled floors throughout the living room, dining room and kitchen up to €35 sqm. – Bathrooms: ceramic tiles up to €30 sq.m. – Balconies: tiles up to €25sq m. – Bedrooms: ceramic or parquet laminate € 35 sq.m.

Bathroom and toilet walls are covered with tiles worth € 30 sqm to be chosen by the customer. Kitchen backsplash to be tiled at €30sq m..

KITCHEN.In the kitchen there will be a counter with granite worth € 180 sqm. and melamine cabinets inside and gloss acrylic exterior with a color choice of € 220 sqm. All kitchen drawers and cabinets will be ‘soft close’. The kitchen will also include oven, dishwasher, fridge and extractor. There will be provision for a gas connection.The price of the kitchen will not exceed 10,000 €

Cabinets Interior and exterior, melamine frame up to 2.70 m. Height of € 180 sq.m. All built-in wardrobes will have sliding doors.

 

EXTERNAL OPENINGS. All exterior doors and windows are carbon steel aluminum frames EN ISO 9001: 2008 and double EN 13830 with double glaze thermo glass. Main entrance door  will be a security door.

Interior door to have frames made of Swedish wood with melamine.

BATHROOMS All bathrooms will include a toilet with hand sink, shower and or bath. Bathrooms will also be fitted with top quality cabinetry: total cost of each bathroom priced up to 4500

PLUMBING. (PIPE IN PIPE) pipes by Tiemme with a 35year warranty. Hot water in the kitchen and bathrooms with 120l solar water heater and one ton water tank, with pressure system and hot water return mechanism. Cold direct water in kitchens.

SEWERS The drains will be constructed with PVC elot 740 life time warranty plastic tubes and will be attached to the sewer system.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION A large number of plugs, LEGRAND light switches are installed in all areas of the apartments. TV, internet / internet access are available in all rooms. There will also be a video door entry system. On the verandas there will be wall sockets and light fixtures and 1 eye-catching light at the main entrance. The installation will be in accordance with the regulations

AN ALARM SYSTEM with all the necessary sensors, magnets and remote controls will be installed

CAMERA SYSTEM. Integrated CCTV system
