This is the perfect town house if you wish to live inside a Cretan village with walking distance to shops and tavernas. The sandy beach of Almyrida is only a 2 minute drive away.
The house is designed for all year round living. With the reversible a/c units and the open fire place the temperature in the house is very comfortable. If you wish to install additional central heating, all pipes are already prepared.
Is a beautiful little hamlet. Its focal point is the village square where there are several good tavernas and cafes. There is an eclectic mix of nationalities living here. It has a couple of mini-markets and shops.
