On average buyers view around 5 properties in their chosen area and most of the time the viewings need to be organised with many multiple estate agents.  We arrange all this for you, maximising your time when here to ensure you get to see as much as possible from both the properties and the area.  If you cannot make it here we will also do personal video viewings for you.

  • Find Your Perfect Home

    We will arrange all the viewings for you, even if they are with other estate agents. If its not possible to do the viewing in person we can do a video viewing for you. This is the most important stage of the whole process and what can make or break your decision to purchase in Crete.

  • Arrange For the Perfect Lawyer

    We will put you in contact with our Lawyer Christiana who will obtain a 'Power of Attorney' allowing all the documents to be signed. Christiana will then obtain a tax number and bank account and do all the relevant checks for the property including doing the final contract of acquisition if needed.

  • When Your Ready to Move

    You do not need to return to Crete at anytime throught the process as A Home in Crete and the lawyers will complete everything for you, If needed we can also do the key handover. When you are ready to move to Crete your new dream home will be ready and waiting for you.

  • After Sales

    We have partners in place that can assist in every thing from currency exchange to ensure you get the best exchange rates, moving furniture including pets, insurances and changing the utilities. At A Home in Crete we ensure that every step from start to finish is perfect.
